A day in the life of a Customer Care Rep
To start we’ve got our whole training process mapped out and organized for you, so you will understand everything about this position in no time. Training is very thorough and does move quickly, so we do ask that you come prepared and willing to learn every day during your training period. Once training is complete we are ready for a graduation celebration.
On a daily basis you will primarily be engaging with our customers over the phone. You’ll be there to answer their billing questions, take payments, assist them with pricing information and help place their service orders. If you ever have any questions or need some help, you’ll be surrounded by a helpful team of colleagues, leads and supervisors to jump in and assist.

SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL: $.75/hour for shifts starting/after 11:00 AM
TRAINING SHIFT: 11:00 am – 7:30 pm Mon through Friday for 5 weeks.
Starting Shift: 12:30PM to 9:00PM two consecutive days off will be assigned
